WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE FOUND A PROBLEM WITH THE WEBSITE?

Firstly, we would like to apologise for any inconvenience and frustration this may have caused. We are still ironing out the kinks on our new website and if you find any problems please contact us and we will try and improve your online shopping experience.

TELL ME MORE ABOUT WARRANTY?

Unless otherwise stated on the Site, all products sold by Sunshine Auto Parts are sold under the manufacturer’s warranty and conditions from the date of purchase.

Replacement products (including shipping) will be provided by Sunshine Auto Parts where:

a)     The product is faulty or not of acceptable quality; or

b)     The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or

c)     The product does not match the sample or the Sunshine Auto Parts descriptions; or

d)     The product was damaged during delivery; and

e)     You can provide proof of purchase with the Sunshine Auto Parts receipt.

Replacement will only be completed upon receipt and inspection of items that are deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Where a warranty fault has been recognised and accepted by us, shipping expenses will be refunded. For any replacements where the shipping expense is being covered by Sunshine Auto Parts, the original shipping address will be used.

Exchanges will only be provided on products that are clean, unused and in a saleable condition. This means that the product must be in its original packaging, including manuals and all accessories, and the product(s) is unopened, unused and in its original condition. All electrical components cannot be returned if packaging seal is broken.

If you receive an incorrect or faulty product please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

When you purchase on Sunshine Auto Parts you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order. For orders with multiple products, you may receive multiple deliveries as some products may be shipped from different suppliers.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?

Shipping is free for orders over $99 (inc. GST) going to metro areas. Please note that orders orders under $50, big or bulky packages and deliveries to non-metropolitan areas will have added shipping costs. Additional shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Sunshine Auto Parts is shipping Australia wide and all orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours after payment has been completed. Deliveries are made between Monday and Friday during business hours. Delivery times are 2 to 5 days for standard shipping to east coast metropolitan areas. For Western Australia, as well as regional and remote areas within Australia, please allow at least 10 working days for delivery from the receipt of your order and payment. Delivery time is subject to availability of stock and delivery time may be extended to by up to 30 days by us. If for any reason, your order, or part thereof, cannot be shipped to you on time or at all you will be notified promptly.

HAS MY ORDER BEEN DISPATCHED YET?

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with details on how to track your parts. On rare occassions, some parts my take longer to dispatch than advised as we may need to specially order the parts in. If there is a delay on dispatching your part, we will be in touch to provide an update on the expected arrival time, and in some instances offer an alternative part (of equal or higher value) will can be shipped sooner.

CAN I PICK UP A PART FROM YOU?

Yes you can pick up the orders. However, we use the best delivery methods to ensure that you get your parts as quickly as possible – no matter where you are in Australia.

DO WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No, we don’t ship internationally.

CAN YOU CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER?

Its easy! If you use the fitment filter which can be found on the home page, a category page, in the Compatible Vehicles section on a product page and in the My Garage section and select your make, model and year, the right parts will be displayed for your vehicle.

WHAT IF I CAN’T FIND THE PRODUCT THAT I AM LOOKING FOR?

Our website is new and we are launching new products everyday. Just because you can’t see the product you are looking for on our site does not mean we don’t stock it. If we haven’t got what you are looking for online yet, please do not hesitate to contact us.

HOW DO I MAKE SURE I HAVE CHOSEN THE RIGHT PART?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order, however, as all orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours after payment, you will need to contact us before we ship your order.
